Product overview

WODPacer

A chest worn sensor and companion app that capture your workout and give you a clear post session breakdown of what actually happened.

WODPacer sensor and app

Inside the WODMotions sensor an Inertial Measurement Unit tracks movement in 3D while an ECG component monitors heart rate.

Once your workout is done the system processes that data into a clear session breakdown by detecting movements, measuring effort, and organizing everything into something easy to review.

Feature 01

Understand your pacing

See exactly how your workout unfolded, round by round, movement by movement.

  • How long each round lasted
  • Where and how often you rested
  • Which movements consumed the most time
  • Your moving pace compared to total pace
  • How consistently you maintained intensity

You can explore this at the full workout level and also for individual movements.

Use it to understand whether you started too aggressively, slowed down due to fatigue, lost time in transitions or rest, or maintained a steady pace throughout.

No guessing. Clear visibility into where your time and effort went.

Feature 02

Use power for your training

See how your output evolves throughout the workout across rounds and movements.

  • Workout level output patterns across the full session
  • Movement and round level changes in power
  • Where output dropped
  • Whether effort stayed consistent
  • How fatigue affected performance

WODMotions measures power at both the workout level and the movement or round level so you can see how performance changes across the session.

Instead of relying on final time alone, you can review how performance was distributed across the entire workout.

Feature 03

Make sense of training load

Understand not just what you did but how demanding it was on your body.

  • External load the measurable work performed
  • Internal load how your body responded
  • Heart rate zones time spent at different intensity levels
  • Overall session stress beyond time alone
  • How load builds across your training week

This gives you a clearer picture of session stress and helps you compare how different workouts actually affected you.

Use it to spot sessions that were more demanding than they looked and to understand the difference between hard on paper and hard on your body.
